Disabled people questionnaire

DR MARGARET KENNEDY, a disabled researcher living in Greystones, would like to hear from disabled people in Greystones for them to complete a questionnaire to determine how they are coping.

Confidentiality is assured, with only the researcher seeing personal details or circumstances.

The researcher would also like to hear from any disabled adult in Greystones to learn how many live here, whether living independently or in supported or residential living.
