Wednesday will be a frosty and icy start. Holding dry generally with sunny spells. However there is the chance of a few showers drifting in from the Irish Sea – mainly falling as rain. Thursday: Frost, ice and freezing fog slow to clear in parts. Again a few stray showers will feed into eastern most fringes, but elsewhere staying dry with sunny spells. Very cold still. Friday: Rather dull, with light rain at first turning to heavy rain later. Less cold. Saturday: A slight frost to begin with sunny spells. Rain late in the day. Sunday: Again a slight frost to begin. Rather cool and blustery.
