Former St. Ger­ard’s pupils gets pres­ti­gious hon­our at Trin­ity

A NUM­BER of former St. Ger­ard's pupils re­ceived a pres­ti­gious hon­our re­cently at Trin­ity Col­lege.

En­trance Ex­hi­bi­tion­ers Char­lie Collins, Hugh De­laney, Tom Noo­nan, Sinead Paker, Pa­trick Barry and Sean Fenelon at­tended an awards cer­e­mony at the Dublin univer­sity last week.

The spe­cial high achiever awards recog­nise stu­dents' achieve­ments and are pre­sented to those who achieved 560 points or more in the Leav­ing Cer­tifi­cate or equiv­a­lent sec­ond level ex­am­i­na­tion.

Each per­son to re­ceive an En­trance Ex­hi­bi­tion award re­ceives a book prize worth €300 over two years.
