Church Gate Collection: The recent Church Gate Collection in aid of Rett Syndrome Ireland amounted to €740 - thank you for your generosity.
Children's Choir Rehearsals Resume: This Sunday the children's choir rehearsals resume in Room 1 of the Parish Centre after the 10.30am Mass. New members are always welcome.

Parish Planned Giving Collection: A sincere thank you to everyone who contributes to the Parish Planned Giving Collection.
The collection continues to be the main source of funding towards the upkeep of the church and parish and we invite anyone who may be in a position to do so, to start or increase their Planned Giving Contribution.
Healing Mass: A Healing Mass will be celebrated tonight (Wednesday) at 8pm in the Little Flower Hall. The celebrant will be Fr. Derek Doyle.
Children's Choir: The children's choir rehearsals resume in Room 1 of the Parish Centre on Sunday February 3rd after the 10.30am Mass. New members are always welcome.
Many Hands Church Cleaning Group: This groups meets each Wednesday after the 10am Mass. They have lost a number of members due to illness and urgently need new members. If you think you can help please contact Anne at 086-343 8873 or meet them after Mass any Wednesday.
Bray Pastoral Area Mass for the Sick: The Bray Area Parishes extend a cordial invitation to all, especially the ill and the elderly, to attend A Mass and Anointing of the Sick at 3pm on Sunday February 24th in St. Fergal's Church, Ballywaltrim, Bray. Bray Cualann Historical Society - the local history society for Bray & North Wicklow elected as committee for the coming year - Colm McCormack, Brian White, Jim Lynch, May Harte, Eva Sutton, Sybil Connolly, Nancy Mahony, and James Scannell, at the recent AGM in the Bray Chamber of Commerce House, Quinsboro Road.
The programme of the Society for February and March is - Thursday February 21st - ' Buses to Bray ' presented by Michael Corcoran, the National Transport Museum of Ireland, and author of ' Through Streets Broad and Narrow ', and Thursday March 21st - 'The Plunkett Family ' by Honor O Brolchain. Both these lectures take place in the Bray Chamber of Commerce House at 8pm and all are welcome to attend. At the AGM the Society observed a minute's silence in honour of the late Tom Dodd, Shankill.
In the meantime members of the Bray Cualann Historical Society have been invited to the Wednesday February 6th 8 p.m. meeting of the Rathmichael Historical Society in Rathmichael School, Stonebridge road ( Dublin Road end), Shankill, at which Kathleen VilliersTuthill will speak on ' A Colony of Strangers - the founding and early history of Clifden, Co. The Old Bray Society is pleased to announce that volume 4th of its Pictorial History of Bray is now available and that this year, in addition to a vast selection of photographs recalling various aspects of the town's past, includes several articles dealing with various aspects of the town's past.
' The Drumm Battery Railcars by James Scannell, ' The Putland Family ' by Liam Clare, ' The Records of Louglinstown Workhouse and their Relevance to Bray ' by Ms. Eva O Cathaoir, ' St. Cronan's Teacher ', a photo feature on Bray Red Cross, ' Some Bray Families ' which includes images and information provided by Pat Egan, the Humphries / Ivory Family, The Byrne/James and Cranley Family of Wingates, The Henry Longmore Family, The Johnson Family, The Dempsey Family, The Kane / Buckley Families, The Callis / O'Neill Families, are some of the items included.

Today ( Wednesday) there will be a Blood Donation Clinic in operation in the Royal Hotel, Bray , from 5pm to 8.30pm. WEEKLY FUN QUIZ
On the Fridays of January and February, the Strand Hotel will host a fun quiz starting at 9.30pm. Entry fee is €2 per person and all the proceeds will go to a local charity.
Bray Arts Club Next Monday night the February meeting of the Bray Arts Club takes place at 8pm in The Martello, Strand Road, Bray.
