Resource Centre Hours: St. Anne's Resource Centre is open 9am to 8.30pm Monday to Thursday and on Friday from 9am to 3pm. Those requiring Baptism / Confirmation certificates or application forms for Baptism can obtain them during the above hours. Please note that the Parish Office is the only place where certificates and application forms can be processed.

Baptisms: Baptisms take place in St. Anne's Church at 12.45pm on the 1st Sunday of the Month and at 5pm on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Saturdays of the Month. A month's notice is required. Please contact the St. Anne's Parish Office located in St. Anne's Resource Centre to make your arrangements. Please note that when visiting the Parish Office to arrange a baptism, the child's birth certificate should be brought as it necessary to photocopy it for the parish records but it will be returned immediately.
Times of Masses: Mass is celebrated in St. Anne's Church at 10am and 7.30pm Monday to Friday, (except during July & August). Weekend Mass times are Saturday 6.30pm Vigil Mass and on Sunday at 8am, (9am in St. Patrick's Church in St. Columcille's Hospital), 10.30am (Family Mass), 12 Noon, and 6pm. Confessions are heard on Saturdays after the 10am Mass, between 12.30pm and 1pm and after the 6.30pm Mass.
Bethany Bereavement Group:
The Bethany Bereavement Group is a voluntary parish-based ministry who are trained to listen and to help the bereaved and grieving. The Group holds a Drop In Centre on the First Friday of the Month at 10am in St, Anne's Resource Centre, and can be contacted via St. Anne's Resource Centre by calling 01-282 2704.
St Anne's Parish Pastoral Council February Meeting: Next Monday night the February PPC meeting takes place at 8pm in St. Anne's Resource Centre. The St. Anne's PPC can be contacted anytime via the Parish Office in St. Anne's Resource Centre.
East African Mission Appeal: The Pallottine Fathers wish to sincerely thank all those who contributed so generously to the their recent appeal - the amount raised was €2,940.
ACCORD: The annual collection for ACCORD, the Diocesan Agency for Marriage and the Family will taken up at all this weekend's Masses and will replace the usual Share Collection. Please give as generously as you can.
Pancake Tuesday: We will be flipping pancakes in St. Anne's Resource Centre on Tuesday February 12th from 10.30am to 12 Noon. All funds raised from this event will go to the National Children's Hospital, Tallaght. Your support would be greatly appreciated.

Monthly meetings, except during the summer months break, for the coming season of the Shankill I.C.A. Guild. take place on the 2nd Monday of the month at 7.30pm in St. Anne's Resource Centre. Local historian James Scannell was the guest speaker for the January meeting at which he gave members ' A Picture of Shankill in January 1913'. This Saturday morning the February First Saturday Book Sale , which supports the Shankill Old Folks Association and Meals on Wheels, takes in the Shankill Old Folks Association Centre between 10am and 1pm so make a point of calling in sometime during the morning as you never know what you might find as there is always a fantastic array of reading material on offer at bargain prices. There's a change to the topic for next Wednesday (February 6th) February meeting of the Rathmichael Historical Society - the local history society for Shankill & District - as in place of the previously announced lecture, Ms. Kathleen Villiers-Tuthhil will present her lecture 'Colony of Strangers - the founding and early history of Clifden - at 8pm in Rathmichael School, Stonebridge Road (Dublin Road end), Shankill, Co. Dublin - all welcome to attend.
Clifden celebrated its bicentenary last years and local historian Kathleen Villiers-Tuthill marked the event with the publication of her sixth book which tells how landowner John D'Arcy founded the town and so changed the character of the entire district. The story relates how D'Arcy's son was less in tune with the local populace and how the town ended up in the Encumbered Estates Court.
Members of the Society are reminded that annual membership subscriptions fell due for renewal on January 1st and can be renewed at this meeting. Those wishing to join the Society can do so at this meeting. SHANKILL LIBRARY
The opening hours for Shankill Library are 10am to 1pm and from to 5pm on Mondays and Wednesdays and on alternate Fridays and Saturdays. The library is open on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2pm to 8pm.
