Prospec­tive stu­dents check out BIFE

SEC­ONDARY school stu­dents and those in­ter­ested in re­turn­ing to ed­u­ca­tion de­scended on Bray In­sti­tute of Fur­ther Ed­u­ca­tion re­cently to check out the col­lege at their open day.

The dif­fer­ent de­part­ments all pre­pared work­shops, pre­sen­ta­tions and per­for­mances to show the prospec­tive stu­dents what they could learn if they en­rol.

Dancers, ac­tors, ath­letes, film­mak­ers and en­trepreneurs of the fu­ture all got to find out a lit­tle bit more about the cour­ses avail­able at BIFE.

There was some valu­able work ex­pe­ri­ence on of­fer for ex­ist­ing stu­dents too, with the Events Man­age­ment course run­ning the day from start to fin­ish.

Other ar­eas ex­hibit­ing on the day in­cluded hor­ti­cul­ture; fash­ion, the­atre and me­dia makeup; dog groom­ing and gam­ing.
