Man sees hit and run case adjourned
AN AVOCA MAN had his case adjourned when he appeared before Wicklow District Court recently.
David Lacey ( 29), 2 Brook Meadow, Avoca was charged with hit and run failing to give appropriate information, hit and run failing to report an occurence, hit and run failing to remain at the scene, hit and run failing to stop, driving without road tax and careless driving at Ballinacarrig Lower, Rathdrum on January 28, 2012.
Inspector Mary Aldridge said the case had been listed for hearing but one witness was outside the country.
Judge David Kennedy then adjourned the case until March 19.
