TOM CURRAN. A STRONG INDEPENDENT VOICE FOR SOUTH WICKLOW. TOM CURRAN is a healthcare advocate and human rights campaigner, best known as the partner of Marie Fleming. Tom has decided to run the local elections to use the skills he’s learned as a campaigner for the benefit of the people of South Wicklow.
‘South Wicklow needs strong representation’, Tom says. ‘All too often, we’ve been overlooked in favour of other parts of the country. It’s crucial that we have public representatives who listen to the needs of local communities and fight to ensure those needs are met. I have a track record as a fighter for the causes I believe in. I’d be honoured to be elected as a local councillor so I can fight for the people of the South Wicklow. My main focus would be in areas such as healthcare, community involvement and services, jobs and regeneration.’
