Laura to present Eurovision for BBC

BRAY LADY Laura Whitmore will be the latest Irish-born television personality to cover the Eurovision Song Contest for the BBC.

While fellow Irish native Graham Norton will continue to present live coverage on BBC1, Laura has confirmed that she will cover the Eurovision for BBC Three in Copenhagan.

This follows a spell at home in Ireland when she presented the IFTAs alongside actor Simon Delaney. She will be in LA for a number of weeks before travelling to Denmark.

Dubliner Kasey Smith and group CanLinn will represent Ireland at the song contest, with the live finals on May 10.
