Why not make some home­made Tar­tar Sauce, the per­fect ac­com­pa­ni­ment to fish:

250g may­on­naise, 2 tb­sps chopped gherkins 1 ta­ble­spoon capers, 2 shal­lots, finely diced ½ tspn Di­jon mus­tard, 1 tbsp freshly chopped pars­ley ½ Lemon, Juiced

Put the may­on­naise into a large mix­ing bowl and add the chopped gherkins, capers, shal­lots and pars­ley. Stir un­til com­bined and add a squeeze of lemon juice and some mus­tard and stir well. Store in the fridge un­til re­quired. (use within 3 – 4 days).
