Launch of the new Octavia
WICKLOW’S Skoda dealership, Sinnott Autos has announced a new entry-point into the hugely popular Octavia range, with the introduction of an alternative 1.6-litre TDI diesel engine producing 90bhp.
The new model is positioned €700 below the best-selling 1.6 TDI, 105bhp unit and offers buyers less concerned with performance the option to upgrade to better equipped models for a similar price.
‘ This was a very popular choice in the previous generation of the Octavia and now looks set to command a large portion of Octavia sales, as it will offer a lower price-point of €21,745 for buyers. The car is now available to order in the dealership as part of the 151 range,’ says Stephen Healy, General Manager, Sinnott Autos.
With CO2 emissions of 109g/km for this new engine offering, the 90bhp Octavia resides in Motor Tax Band A3 (€190) and has fuel-economy figures of 4.1 l/100km.
The new model is now available for order in the dealership on the Dublin Road, Wicklow town where motorists can avail of special introductory offers for new 2015 purchases.
Sinnott Autos is also offering finance rates from 3.9 per cent APR as well as exceptional trade-in allowances.
