Hardy Har Comedy Club set to welcome Phil Kay
COMEDIAN Phil Kay will perform at the Hardy Har comedy Club at the Harbour Bar this coming Friday, May 27.
Scottish comedian Phil Kay is a seasoned stand up comic with a string of accomplishments to his name, including the ‘Best Stand Up’ award at The British Comedy Awards, winner of Edinburgh’s staple comedy competition ‘ So You Think You’re Funny?’ and a nomination for the most prestigious award this side of the big pond, the Perrier Award.
Supporting Phil will be another top act in Aidan Kilian. Aidan is the mastermind behind ‘Comedy at Anseo’ and has a string of accomplishments on the comedy scene on his resume. He has received not one but two 4 star reviews from Chortle during the Edinburgh festival, he has appeared at Vodafone, Electric Picnic and on a host of radio and television shows and his own shows (‘ Take The Red Pill’, ‘Jesus Vs. Buddha and ‘Whistleblowers’) have been described as a ‘Masterclass in comedy”
There will be more brand new faces, with regular host Adam Burke assuming his usual role of MC and all the quirkiness, fun and homely vibes of ‘ The Best Bar in the World’ (Lonely Planet).
