KILCOOLE REMEMBERS 1916
The sun certainly shone on Kilcoole for the 1916 festival which saw the village transformed for the weekend with a huge number of events, art, re-enactments, live music, crafts, games, carnivals, historical presentations and much more.
Congratulations to the organising committee led by Ros Keddy and Grainne McLoughlin and a big thank you to all the volunteers, visiting re-enactors, stall holders and coordinators from the many and various local clubs and organisations who contributed to the event. The festival will be remembered for a long time to come.
