Fun ice cream day held at Sunbeam House
Sunbeam House held an ice cream day in Bray recently in aid of Down Syndrome Ireland.
This was part of the nationwide HB Ice Cream Fundays Campaign.
Homes, neighbourhoods, groups and organisations all over the country have been holding ice cream parties in aid of this worthy cause.
HB have sent everyone taking park a pack to make their party even more enjoyable, including posters, invitations, ballons, and vouchers for HB Hazelbrook Farm ice cream.
Down Syndrome Ireland provides a voice for people with Down Syndrome and their families.
The organisation is dedicated to being the primary source of information and support t people with Down syndrome, their families, and the professional community, working towards an improved quality of life for members. They are focussed on respect for and acceptance of people with Down syndrome as valued members of Irish society.
The voluntary organisation has 25 branches around the country, and in the region of 3.500 members.
