SHANKILL GAA CLUB
There was great activity last Saturday week when we had two under-8 football teams from Crumlin at the Castle and great competitive matches.
The under-9 boys football team traveled to Westmanstown Gaels and in a tight match saw great development in skills all over the pitch.
On Sunday week last it was a case of rain drops falling on our heads as the under-8 camogie girls braved the elements to play in a blitz hosted by St Bridget’s which also included the St Jude’s and O’Toole’s clubs. Also out in the rain was the under-10 girl’s football team playing in the Leinster Club Blitz in Bray. They played four matches against very strong teams and did Shankill proud.
