A LOCAL churchman has voiced fears that Bray and north Wicklow could turn into ‘a free for all knocking shop’.

Fr Gerry Doyle made his comments after it emerged that Ireland’s first swingers’ club has just opened its doors in north Wicklow.

Daring couples are living out their sexual fantasies at Club C, a secret holiday cottage location just ten minutes’ drive from Bray and Greystones.

Responding to the revelations, Fr Gerry Doyle of the Holy Redeemer parish said that church teaching was clear ‘We get lots of business couples and there are people of all ages, staring from 25 and up.’

A garda spokesman said that there was nothing illegal about such a club, once there was no question of cash payments for sexual services and those participating were consenting adults conducting themselves lawfully behind closed doors.
