Sinn Fein trio host meeting

THE THREE Sinn Fein councillors who have been asked to resign their seats will address a public meeting taking place in Wicklow town this week.

Cllr John Snell, Cllr Gerry O’Neill and Cllr Oliver O’Brien will all be guests of a special meeting organised for friends and supporters of Sinn Fein. The meeting takes place tomorrow (Thursday) at 8 p.m. upstairs in Ernie’s Bar and is open to all.

The three councillors have until Thursday to lodge an appeal over the decision to expel them from the party.
