Success for drama students

STUDENTS from Maeve Miller’s Bray School of Speech and Drama received certificates recently for their Leinster School of Music and Drama exam.

The majority of students individually recited a poem and a monologue from memory for the examination while very young students recited two poems.

Older students at advanced grade levels had more challenging tasks to perform in addition to this.

Maeve said the students who have been rehearsing since February all performed excellently on the day and had showcased their skills admirably.

The students who range in age from 5 years to 20 years all received great praise from the examiner who travelled to Bray for the exams.
