The National Ploughing Championships is one of the biggest events in the country and is the biggest event of its kind in Europe.

Although started in 1931, the event only started to feature on live television in 2015 when Marty Morrisey and Aine Lawlor presented from the Championships.

Taking place in Screggan near Tullamore in County Offaly this year, the event will attract over 300,000 visitors over the three days, included amongst them will be Presidential candidates and leaders from political parties.
