A night of music for the great Paul Fairclough

Bray People - - NEWS -

A benefit concert for Paul Fairclough will take place on Wednesday, October 17 at the Royal Hotel.

The concert will feature Ger Doyle and friends, Bree Harris, Woodsy and friends, Sonny Condell and Rob Overson, Brian Meakin, Anto Drennan and Donal Kirk and more.

They are all coming together to support a fellow musician who at the moment is going toe-to-toe with cancer.

Paul’s phenomenal musical career has spanned over 50 years.

He has also performed at countless benefit gigs, and has always been there to help friends in need.

In his early days he worked nationwide with The Cotton Mill Boys and Linda Martin.

He also worked with Bagatelle on numerous occa- sions.

Some of the best days himself and Bree had were with The Boulder Band and the Alias B Band who were very popular at that time.

Paul and Woodsy have worked together the last few years as The Bunko Bros travelling the length and breadth of the country to entertain the good folk.

Paul plays his sweetest music playing alongside his lovely wife Bree Harris.

Admission to this not-to-be missed gig is €10. Tickets are available on the door or from hotel reception.

There is also a gofundme.com page where donations can be made. Search for ‘A Night for Paul’.
