Boyne Tower is ready for ten­ant

THE Boyne Tower, an iconic con­tem­po­rary build­ing lo­cated in cen­tral Drogheda, is now avail­able to be let af­ter a com­plete re­fur­bish­ment by Westhill, a prop­erty in­vest­ment, de­vel­op­ment and man­age­ment com­pany.

The 17,000 square feet build­ing has been re­fur­bished to grade A of­fice ac­com­mo­da­tion over its five floors, of­fer­ing mod­ern open plan of­fices with panoramic views of the River Boyne, Drogheda and the sur­round­ing Boyne Val­ley.

‘Boyne Tower of­fers great ac­com­mo­da­tion for com­pa­nies want­ing to have a base in Drogheda, one of the fastest grow­ing towns in Ire­land. This grade A build­ing is 40km north of Dublin and ben­e­fits from fan­tas­tic trans­port links to Dublin city cen­tre, Dublin In­ter­na­tional Air­port and Belfast’, says Sam Walsh, di­rec­tor of as­set man­age­ment at Westhill.

In re­cent years Drogheda’s econ­omy has been di­ver­si­fy­ing from tra­di­tional in­dus­tries wit­ness­ing an in­crease in the num­ber of peo­ple em­ployed in the re­tail, tech­nol­ogy and ser­vices sec­tors.
