Not having NCT in order cost a series of motorist fines when their summonses were dealt with at the District Court sitting at Ardcavan:

Paul Nolan (77), St Christopher’s, Tagoat, fined €300;

Daniel Creane (23), Killincooley, Kilmuckridge, fined €300;

Piotr Adam Gdula (41), Killaligan, Enniscorthy, fined €300;

Kenny Sludds (33), Lacken, Ballymurn, fined €150 and a further €100 for for not having a current tax disc;

Anthony Murphy (35), 118 The Faythe, Wexford, fined €150 and a further €100 for not having a current tax disc;
