Fin­gal Skills Strat­egy prepa­ra­tion

PREPA­RA­TION of a medium-term Skills Strat­egy is con­tin­u­ing with two work­shops tak­ing place this week.

The first is tak­ing place in Malahide Cas­tle on Tues­day, with the sec­ond fol­low­ing on Thurs­day in the County Hall in Swords.

Al­ter­na­tively you can com­plete an on­line sur­vey at­sur­vey.­gal-skillsstrat­egy/, and each busi­ness who com­plete the sur­vey will be en­tered into a draw to win an ex­cel­lent prize of an away day in Malahide Cas­tle for up to 20 peo­ple in­clud­ing free ac­cess to a train­ing room for a day, tour of the cas­tle, tea/cof­fee, pas­tries on ar­rival and lunch.

This strat­egy will present a de­tailed anal­y­sis of the skills re­quire­ments across the county over the medium-term. Phase 1 will be a base­line study of the ex­ist­ing em­ploy­ment land­scape and skills lev­els in the county.
