Get­ting down to their lo­cal his­tory this week were pupils from Finian’s Col­lege when they vis­ited the mu­seum at the Carnegie Li­brary. Some were St.fas­ci­nated with the Gas Mask from WW2.


Will be start­ing up again in BASE Cen­tre, Brack­en­stown Road, af­ter their Sum­mer Break, on Thurs­day 7th Septem­ber. They do var­i­ous crafts, bak­ing com­pe­ti­tions, danc­ing, pitch & put and other ac­tiv­i­ties. They also go on out­ings. New mem­bers are al­ways wel­come, so why not go along and have a chat and a cup of tea.
