RENOWNED Sk­er­ries Restau­rant & Pizze­ria Fifty4 is now open for lunch, of­fer­ing a de­li­cious ar­ray of choices to tempt the palate. Real Ital­ian cof­fee and lighter items are served through­out the af­ter­noon.

With a wide se­lec­tion of mouth­wa­ter­ing piz­zas, pas­tas, sal­ads, chicken dishes and lighter bites in­clud­ing Orig­i­nal Sk­er­ries Seafood Chow­der, Mediter­ranean Flat­breads, Ci­a­bat­tas, Burg­ers & real Ital­ian cof­fee you’re sure to find some­thing to suit all tastes.

Lo­cated on Strand Street in the heart of the vil­lage, the restau­rant is open from 12pm each day. An ex­cit­ing Brunch menu is served ev­ery Sat­ur­day & Sun­day from 11am-3pm.

The menu at Fifty4 is in­flu­enced by tra­di­tional Ital­ian meth­ods and in­spired by mod­ern flavours and tastes.

It ad­heres to the tra­di­tional 24 hour slow method of dough prepa­ra­tion for its pizza and stocks the finest Ital­ian pasta, en­sur­ing a qual­ity din­ing ex­pe­ri­ence in com­fort­able, wel­com­ing sur­round­ings.

The Fior de latte moz­zarella used in the restau­rant is sourced from Italy as is its “00” flour - en­sur­ing that all in­gre­di­ents used are the finest they can source, both lo­cally and abroad.

Au­then­tic­ity is the key to the menu at Fifty4 and this is re­flected in the amaz­ing flavours that go in to each and ev­ery dish.

Fifty4 Restau­rant & Pizze­ria also of­fers a full Take-home menu and a de­liv­ery ser­vice to Sk­er­ries, Rush, Lusk & Loughshinny.

Ev­ery­thing is pre­pared daily in-house in­clud­ing pesto, aioli, cae­sar dress­ing, pate and caramelised onion rel­ish.

The de­li­cious home­made bread is also made on­site from scratch, as are the home­made soups and sauces.
