Certificate of exemption
A CERTIFICATE of exemption under the Planning Act has been granted by Wexford County Council to a developer which is proposing a change of use of vacant units at Ocean Point in Courtown.
Yellow Lane Business Park Ltd., which has a registered address in Mullingar, Co Westmeath, applied for the certificate of exemption for the change of use of a crèche and retail units 1, 2, and 3, to five residential apartments.
The units have lain vacant since the development was completed in 2008. It includes 38 apartments, ten retail units, and underground parking. A receiver was appointed to Ocean Point in 2009.
