NORTH Wexford businesses seem to have been picking up national awards all over the place recently.

The latest to be announced was the Amber Springs Hotel in Gorey which was awarded the accolade of ‘Family Friendly Destination 2018’ by Georgina Campbell’s Ireland independent hospitality guide and website.

General manager Eibhear Coyle said his mission is to ‘keep the children happy and the family will have a happy holiday’ while the motto he drives across all departments is ‘dedicated to happiness, dedicated to you’.

Presenting the award, Georgina Campbell said that ‘few hotels can rival their investment in kids’.

Eibhear said that the Amber Springs hopes to open 48 innovative new family suites towards the end of the year or early next year.
