Bench warrant

A BENCH warrant was issued for the arrest of 40-year-old James Dunne of 33 Baile Eoghain, Gorey, after he failed to appear at the District Court to answer to a charge of stealing property to the value of €9.33 from Pettitt’s in Gorey.

When Dunne failed to appear when called, Judge Kevin Staunton issued the bench warrant.
