Hot Press - - Music World -

As part of the Be Kreativ initiative from Beck’s – longstanding champions of artistic creativity worldwide – Hot Press is focusing on some of the best and brightest contemporary music acts in the country. The art scene in Ireland has never been more vibrant – and music is at the heart of it all. In this special series, the aim is to showcase the bands that epitomise the exciting future potential of the scene – and to bring some suitably outside-the-box visual ideas to the table in the process. The group have kept up a busy touring schedule since, and before the end of the year, they will be playing dates at Whelan’s in Dublin (November 26), Galway’s Roisin Dubh (December 8), The Kino, Cork (9) and Dolan’s, Limerick (20). We invited them to get in touch with their kreativ side in a special shoot with Hot Press photographer Kathrin Baumbach – and the results were suitably impressive…
