Par­tic­u­larly our car­dio­vas­cu­lar health. I’m a huge fan of high-in­ten­sity in­ter­val train­ing (HIIT). Al­though it’s much more in­tense than other forms of ex­er­cise, it’s far less time-con­sum­ing. I can squeeze a solid 20-minute ses­sion into my sched­ule at any time. It’s also re­ally ver­sa­tile, so you don’t get bored, and adapt­able. You don’t need a gym or spe­cial equip­ment: you can train in the park, at home or in a ho­tel!
