AND A LAST WORD

Irish Daily Mail - YOU - - FOOD MEDIC -

You can’t out-train a bad diet. Exercise alone won’t change your physique and an hour at the gym does not earn you a brownie. It’s funny how often we justify our bad food choices because ‘I worked out today’. But a single workout – even an intense one – won’t come close to cancelling out a big binge. If weight loss is your goal, you have to stay on track and avoid going on weekend or late-night binges, otherwise you’ll be fighting – and losing – an uphill battle. The same goes for your diet: improving your diet will result in some weight loss, but your body won’t necessarily look strong and lean if you aren’t regularly working those muscles.
