ALESHA’S MORNING ROUTINE
7am Get up and immediately tuck into smashed avocado on toast with sundried tomatoes and a homemade ginger shot. 7.20 Have a quick shower. If I’m at home all day I’ll just apply a little lip balm; otherwise it’s Elizabeth Arden Eight Hour Cream and a pair of sunglasses. 7.40 I never open emails before breakfast but after I’ve got dressed I’ll have a quick glance and deal with the urgent ones. 8.15 Do the school run. 8.45 Three mornings a week my trainer Janet comes to the house and puts me through my paces; it might be cardio, weights or yoga – she likes to mix it up. After that I’m ready for my day.
