CLAIM: These lightweight plastic massaging tools look like a small pair of serving tongs. At the end is a small, rubber roller designed to move along your fingers. It claims this will increase circulation by stimulating the nerve endings of the fingers.

VERDICT: These looked intriguing. I rolled them along my fingers a few times but found it pretty painful — irritating rather than relaxing. I think these could act as a distraction from any pain if you had Raynaud’s, but it doesn’t really help with the underlying causes and you might think the discomfort is not much better than the pain from Raynaud’s. For most people who feel they have poor hand circulation, a decent pair of warm gloves might be the simplest answer. 0/10
