CHICKEN CLUB WRAP

IN­GRE­DI­ENTS

2 chicken breasts 4 ba­con medal­lions 2 whole­meal tor­tilla wraps 1 tomato a hand­ful let­tuce 2 tbsp lighter than light mayo

30g re­duced fat ched­dar cheese

spray oil

METHOD

Pre­heat your oven to 180°c and grill the chicken breast until cooked through. Add the ba­con to the oven and cook until the ba­con is crispy. Once the chicken and ba­con are cooked, heat two whole­meal tor­tilla wraps in the mi­crowave for one minute. Place the tor­tilla wrap on a plate and spread lighter than light mayo thinly across the cen­tre. Add the ba­con, ched­dar, chicken, tomato and fi­nally the let­tuce. Tightly wrap the in­gre­di­ents, tuck­ing the end of it in be­fore rolling to keep your in­gre­di­ents in place.
