CHICKEN CLUB WRAP
2 chicken breasts 4 bacon medallions 2 wholemeal tortilla wraps 1 tomato a handful lettuce 2 tbsp lighter than light mayo
30g reduced fat cheddar cheese
Preheat your oven to 180°c and grill the chicken breast until cooked through. Add the bacon to the oven and cook until the bacon is crispy. Once the chicken and bacon are cooked, heat two wholemeal tortilla wraps in the microwave for one minute. Place the tortilla wrap on a plate and spread lighter than light mayo thinly across the centre. Add the bacon, cheddar, chicken, tomato and finally the lettuce. Tightly wrap the ingredients, tucking the end of it in before rolling to keep your ingredients in place.
