2 turkey rash­ers 1 low-fat sausage 1 egg mush­rooms sugar-free beans 1 tomato spray oil


Grill the rash­ers, sausage, and tomato. Heat the sugar free beans in a pan or mi­crowave. Spritz a non-stick fry­ing pan with spray oil, fry off a hand­ful of mush­rooms and once they are nearly cooked crack your egg into pan and fry to your lik­ing. Serve with 2 x 30g slices of whole­meal toast.
