2 turkey rashers 1 low-fat sausage 1 egg mushrooms sugar-free beans 1 tomato spray oil
Grill the rashers, sausage, and tomato. Heat the sugar free beans in a pan or microwave. Spritz a non-stick frying pan with spray oil, fry off a handful of mushrooms and once they are nearly cooked crack your egg into pan and fry to your liking. Serve with 2 x 30g slices of wholemeal toast.
