Yummy recipes from just 3 ingredient­s. This week: GOOEY CHOCOLATE ORANGE CAKE

1. Preheat oven to 195c/175c fan/gas 5. Grease and line a medium round (23cm) cake tin.

2. Put butter and 450g chocolate in a bowl over a saucepan of boiling water. Heat gently to melt. Mix sparingly.

3. Break eggs into a bowl. Whisk for five minutes until pale and fluffy.

4. Transfer cooled chocolate and butter mix to a bowl. Slowly add the egg, a spoonful at a time, folding it in gently, until combined.

5. Pour into tin. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, until top is just set. Don’t over-bake — keep it squidgy. Allow to cool in tin before serving. Use any leftover chocolate to decorate, or melt and drizzle on top. It tastes best slightly chilled and will keep in the fridge for up to 5 days.
