IN the penultimate episode of this stark series, the stressed parents of special-needs child Rosie have some rare time off, and in both timelines. In one, they get on roaringly, and it’s lovely to see. In the other, in a brilliantly played and heartbreaking scene, Emily (Jessica Hynes) is honest with Simon (David Tennant, pictured with Hynes) about how she feels.
