€30m boost for start-ups

MORE than €30mil­lion was in­vested in start-ups by En­ter­prise Ire­land last year.

Half of the new firms were based in re­gions out­side Dublin.

In­vest­ment was pro­vided through the agency’s High Po­ten­tial Start-up and Com­pet­i­tive Start Fund.
