Man stabbed in city centre gang attack

A MAN in his 30s was chased down and stabbed by a gang, it emerged yesterday.

Shocked witnesses said they had “never seen much blood” as in the incident in Dublin city centre.

Gardai in Bridewell are investigating the incident, which took place at 7pm on Ormond Quay.

A woman who came across the aftermath told The Irish Mirror: “There were guards everywhere.

“There was blood all over the ground. A woman said to me, ‘I’ve never seen so much blood in my life’.

I don’t know for certain but supposedly he was stabbed in the face.”
