Char­ity shop is sanc­tioned

THE char­i­ties reg­u­la­tor has im­posed an in­ter­me­di­ate sanc­tion on a Done­gal-based re­tailer.

It is­sued a no­tice to the Good and New Shop fol­low­ing an on-site in­spec­tion by staff.

It found the char­ity was not in com­pli­ance with its le­gal obli­ga­tion to keep proper books of ac­count.
