MORAN CALLS TIME ON SLAUGHTNEIL SUCCESS
BACK-TO-BACK Ulster club football champions Slaughtneil are on the lookout for a new manager after Mickey Moran stepped down.
The former Derry, Mayo, Donegal, Sligo and Leitrim boss informed club officials of his decision on Monday night in the wake of the club’s All-ireland semi-final defeat to Nemo Rangers.
Moran (above) won four Derry titles, three Ulster titles and steered Slaughtneil to two All-ireland finals since he took the job in 2013.
