EXIT DAR IS OPEN

-

MATTEO DARMIAN says he wants to return to Serie A because he has no future at Manchester United.

Darmian, 28, made just 12 starts last season and the Italian full-back’s first-team prospects will be even more limited following Diogo Dalot’s signing from Porto. Juventus have been unable to agree a fee with United for Darmian (below), who cost £12.7million from Torino in 2015. “United are the top, but it’s only normal that I want to be a protagonist,” he said. “Juve, Inter, Napoli or somebody else – it’s not for me to say, but the doors are open.”
