Girl, 9, killed in traffic jam

FOUR soldiers have been arrested in Somalia after a nine-year-old girl was shot dead in in a traffic jam.

Deqa Dahir died and another child was wounded when bullets hit their school bus.

Soldiers opened fire in an apparent bid to clear the road for their vehicle.
