CALM BARRY’S STORMING ON

Championship: 3pm DARREN MOORE insists “ultimate professional” Gareth Barry can still be West Brom’s talisman at 37.

Barry, who holds the record for Premier League appearances, made his first Championship start of the campaign in the midweek win over Bristol City.

He impressed Moore, whose in-form side tackle struggling Millwall today.

The Baggies boss said: “Gareth showed his class and brought a bit of calmness.

“He’s the ultimate professional in terms of his career, he anchored the team and was our talisman.”
