€38k for boy who fractured teeth playing
Dad Arron Ryan A BOY who suffered fractures to his two front teeth when he was struck in the mouth with a toy gun has settled his High Court action for €38,000.
Aaron O’neill was eight at the time of the accident which occurred in a play centre in Celbridge, Co Kildare, on June 15, 2016.
His counsel Robert Beatty said it was a school trip that went wrong.
It was claimed the complainant, who is now 11, was struck in the mouth with a gun by another child as they played in the Quasar area.
Aaron, from Birchwood Heights in Tallaght, South Dublin, had through his father Arron Ryan sued Aztec Entertainment Ltd, trading as Base Entertainment Centre.
