GARDAI have appealed for the public to help them find a missing mother and tot.

A source said the family of Susan Greene, 36, and her daughter Sinetta are “worried

sick” about them. They have been missing from their home in Skibbereen, Co Cork, since October 1.

Ms Greene is described as 5ft 2in with brown hair. Sinetta is aged 17 months.

The source added: “It’s not like Susan to go so long without getting in contact with anyone in the family. Understandably they’re very concerned about her and Sinetta.

“All they want is for her to get in touch and let them know everything is alright. They just need to know they’re both safe.”

Ms Greene has lived in Skibbereen for some time, but is originally from Athlone in Co Westmeath. Last night family members appealed to friends on Facebook to share the missing persons’ notice.

Anyone with information should contact Clonakilty Garda station on 023 8821570. They can also get in touch through the confidential line 1800 666 111 or at any Garda station.
