Barry’s up for gong as crime movie is a hit

LOVE/HATE star Barry Keoghan has been nominated for a British Independent Award.

The actor is in the running for Best Supporting Actor in American Animals, which was released earlier this year.

The Dubliner performs alongside Evan Peters, Blake Jenner, Jared Abrahamson, and Ann Dowd in the 2018 crime drama.

The 26-year-old’s co-star Evan Peters has also been nominated for the award.

The film is based on the true story of a library heist that happened at Transylvania University in Lexington, Kentucky in 2004.
