Masked men rob hair salon

GARDAI are on the hunt for robbers after they raided a hair salon stealing cash from the till and staff.

Two masked men targeted Athena’s in Celbridge, Co Kildare, at around 6pm on Tuesday.

Employee Amy O’doherty said: “I went to press the panic button but he let a roar out telling me not to touch anything.

“There wasn’t much money in the till. They went into the staff room and robbed all of our cash from our purses.”
