Tender prices rise up to 7%

CONSTRUCTION tender prices are set to rise by 6% to 7% this year, a study found.

Paul Mitchell of consultants Mitchell Mcdermott, which carried out the survey, said: “Not only are we facing a serious shortage of workers in the sector, we are also facing a shortage of foremen.”
