ALDO: I’M A BELIEVER

JOHN ALDRIDGE says belief is key to Liverpool’s quest for the title.

With 13 fixtures left, the Reds are level on points with the leaders and have a match in hand.

The former striker won the title with Liverpool in 1988 and said: “We were under pressure to win every game. That season we believed in ourselves – we knew how good we were. We felt we could win every game and the camp was at ease.

“The team now has to have the belief that it can go out and win every game.”
